Bliss N Eso are one of the most innovative hip hop acts in the country. They've marched to the beat of their own (kick) drum for three albums and have established their own identity in Australian music circles. In the process, they've become of the most successful independent acts around.

Flying Colours, the group's latest album not only went Top 10 in the ARIA Charts, it also produced a hit single in Bullet and a Target. When you consider that song's political undertones (it's all about poverty in Africa), it's success is even more impressive. After all, it's one thing to get into the charts with ?throw your hands in the air', but quite another to do it with a bit of political consciousness.

So how did the Sydney trio get so popular? Basically, the guys have done it the old fashioned way, hitting the road and winning over fans one show at a time. Naturally, they've gotten pretty good at rocking parties over the years and you can witness that firsthand as they continue on their merry way around the country in support of the newest album.
